"Our family have owned a home in the community since 2015. I joined the HOA board to ensure that our community supports the diverse design wishes of our homeowners. It has been my pleasure to lead the beautification efforts of our gate / entrance and the approval of a new color palette (as of 2017) that allowed many homeowners to improve the appearance of their homes and our community.

In an ongoing effort to modernize the community the HHE Architecture Committee has updated an exterior paint color guide approved by the HOA. If you’re thinking about updating the exterior of your home, please refer to this PDF below to ensure you’re keeping within the approved neighborhood palette. This is only meant as a guide, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to the HOA board or Lori with any questions.



Below is our resident information sheet. As outlined in our Rules & Regulations, every homeowner and/or resident is required by the Association’s governing rules to turn in a new completed Resident Information Sheet (RIS) after January 1st but before January 31st of each year. The Ris may be turned into the Post Commander at the Guard House or to the Association Management Company representative. A new RIS must be dated, completed and returned by January 31st even if there are no changes to be made.

Homeowners are also required to update their RIS anytime during the year there are changes to the household (i.e. new cars, residents, frequent guests, hired help, etc.) Copies of the RIS are available upon request at the Guard House, the Management company representative or downloaded as PDF below.

Homeowner will receive a copy of the RIS along with their December billing statement as a reminder that the completed RIS must be returned by January 31st. Fines will be assessed in accordance with our general rules if a new RIS is not turned in by January 31st for that year. The purpose of updating the RIS periodically and annually is to ensure the safety and security of the homeowners and residents.



For any home renovations that modify your home’s exterior, an Architectural Committee and HOA Board approval will be required to ensure updates meet the aesthetic standards of the neighborhood. Below is an application to be submitted along with your plans to the board or Management company for review.



 

HHE Management

Bevin and Brock is the full-service property management partners of the HHE. They work with the HOA Board closely to help service the financial, maintenance and administrative needs of our community. Please direct any questions, concerns or requests that may arise with your property to Bevin and Brock, and they will work to assist you on the proper next steps. Please note, this site is not set up to process your monthly HOA dues, which can be paid through the Bevin and Brock online payment system.
